Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final.

Designs sold are not to be copied or redistributed/resold.

Graphics used are not to be resold in any way.

Designs sold are not to be used on any website/webpage that is pornographic, hateful or abusive in nature.

Deposits are non refundable.  Deposits are in place to hold your custom spot, and for work to begin.  If you later change your mind and do not wish to buy the design, deposit is forfeited.  *the only exception to this is if by some chance I am unable to complete my end of the agreement.
